1. Shipping Timeline

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Shipping Time:
  • Standard Delivery: 4-7 business days (depending on location).
  • Express Delivery: 2-4 business days (available in select cities).

2. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
• Orders below ₹999 will incur a flat shipping charge of ₹49-₹149, based on location and delivery method.

3. Shipping Locations

• We ship across India, including major metro cities and remote locations.
• Currently, international shipping is not available.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.
• Track your order in real-time through our website or the courier partner’s tracking portal.

5. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
• In case of non-delivery, customers may contact us for rescheduling. Additional shipping fees may apply.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

7. Change of Shipping Address
